Reflections on the Week

This trip was not so smooth...we had to cancel Thursday all together and return to the hotel in Norfolk due to a faulty part on the plane. On the bright side I got to eat a $10.95 Half Lobster/Crab Cake (+garlic mashed taters and peppered green beans) Special at Freemason Abbey for lunch. A few pics form the week:

While waiting for the mechanic to diagnose the plane problem I found solace in a botanical picnic area right outside the terminal:


This was a killer picnic! Cheeseburger meal upgraded with a float.


Day one provided some geocaching opportunity in Washington. This Micro was camoed and stuck to a tree:


On the way to Halifax, we flew past Bar Harbor..Heather and I vacationed there once. (The speed's not bad for a headwind and economy cruise)
