Well I had a post prepared describing the Bittersweet Chocolate Cloud Cake I made for Heather but I figured, "who would want to read that?" so here is a pic of our mixer in action whipping whites:Heather and I headed out to Stone Creek Dining Co. last night, which is one of our favs... I always have the seafood broil and although it looked like the crab cake dimensions had shrunk considerably it was still fantastic. We later headed for downtown Indy for a nightcap of Hot Chocolate on the circle... best HC ever!
