The Red Drum

For repair #2 on the Wii Drum set we have a solder job on the piezo element...the warranty is already soundly voided by the Haydenater ripping the yellow cymbal's cord out with the stick. Turns out the drum problem is common so here you go...

the wires are held on by pliable adhesive from the factory so we will see how long the solder lasts. Anyway, works fine again but as long as Hay is in the house, nothing is forever.

Earlier this week we have played tent camping with blankets and visited McCloud Park to get out a bit. We are still getting used to the new schedule and my nasty cold sure doesnt help me at all! But I got a surprise Starbucks card in the mail so that makes it all better!!
